I am changing my eating habits! For good.

Seriously. I’ve got the working out thing totally down. I train for derby 4 times a week, do weights classes one or two times a week, and throw in some random classes, runs or whatever in between. But food is my problem!! I eat relatively well most of the time, but I need to change that to really good the majority of the time! I know it would make such a difference to my health and well being. Not to mention losing these last 25 pounds!

My goals are…

-Eat regularly (3 meals and healthy snacks each day)

-Have dinner before 8pm whenever possible

-Include more veggies, healthy carbs, lean proteins and fruit

-Include less cheese, oil, processed foods, etc

-Drink only water (can have mint or fruit in it) or tea (no more milo, coffee, milk or juice)

-Stop craving chocolate!

-Cook proper meals more often- stop resorting to toast or yoghurt as a dinner option!

I know all of this is totally basic, but I’ve gone off track so badly with food. I basically eat breakfast, skip lunch and then maybe cook something good or possibly just have toast or cereal for dinner. I haven’t gained weight, but I’m not feeling awesome.
